Our team of trained responders will contact you through the BOP Button and take appropriate action, such as calling ambulance services, SCDF, or police support, based on the nature of the emergency. This service is exclusively available in Singapore.
The BOP Button can be used for medical emergencies, personal safety concerns, and any situation where immediate professional assistance is required.
Currently, we offer one type of BOP Button. We are actively developing and planning to release additional types in the future to cater to diverse needs.
If you accidentally press the BOP Button, quickly press the cancel button located on the side. If you fail to press the cancel button, remain calm and wait for a response from the BOP Response Centre. No, next-of-kin do not have access to add or remove BOP Buttons. All BOP Button

BOP Buttons are commonly installed on the wall in easily accessible areas such as the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen, ensuring quick reach during emergencies.
Avoid installing the BOP Button in enclosed areas with weak LTE network signals. Check your mobile phone for the best signal strength locations to ensure reliable connectivity.
The BOP Button can be installed using one of two methods:

Mounting Plate: Screw the mounting plate into the wall, then stick the BOP Button onto the plate.

Direct Wall Installation: Attach the BOP Button directly to the wall without a mounting plate
No maintenance is required. The BOP Button operates autonomously, and our backend system monitors its status. If a BOP Button goes offline, you will be alerted automatically. The device is designed with a 3-year battery life for continuous protection.

No, currently, we offer only one subscription plan to keep our services simple and straightforward.

No, there are no hidden costs. Our pricing is transparent, offering a promotional price of $99.00 (regular price $200.00) for the BOP Button and $20.00 per month for the Service Subscription over 24 months.

Yes, the Service Subscription comes with a 24-month contract.
To terminate the service, log in to your BOP App account, navigate to the termination page, and submit a request. Our customer service team will contact you once the request is received.

12-17 months remaining: $80.00

Less than 12 months remaining: $60.00
Yes, in the unfortunate event that the BOP Button user has passed away, you may provide us with the death certificate, and we will cancel the service for you.
