The BOP Button is an emergency alert button designed to immediately signal for help or assistance in emergency situations. When activated, it sends a distress signal and initiates a 2-way communication with our BOP Response Centre, ensuring swift and reliable assistance.
When the BOP Button is pressed, it triggers an alarm or distress signal transmitted to our BOP Response Centre. Our team of trained responders will contact you through the BOP Button and take appropriate action, such as calling ambulance services, SCDF, or police support, based on the nature of the emergency. This service is exclusively available in Singapore.
The BOP Button can be used for medical emergencies, personal safety concerns, and any situation where immediate professional assistance is required.
Currently, we offer one type of BOP Button. We are actively developing and planning to release additional types in the future to cater to diverse needs.
If you accidentally press the BOP Button, quickly press the cancel button located on the side. If you fail to press the cancel button, remain calm and wait for a response from the BOP Response Centre. Our team will contact you to confirm your situation and avoid unnecessary dispatching of emergency services.
The BOP Button supports multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Teo Chew, ensuring effective communication during emergencies.
Yes, the BOP Button is waterproof and highly recommended for installation in bathrooms. We suggest placing at least one BOP Button in each bathroom to ensure safety.
No, the BOP Button is designed to be wall-mounted at your home and does not include a GPS tracker. In case of an emergency, our emergency services will be dispatched to your home location.
